Do i need building permit?

Yes — you do not need an architect for this.

It falls under a simplified building permit (nezahtevno gradbeno dovoljenje), which you can obtain on your own.

All instructions are included in every package, step by step. And if you need more help, our team is here for you.

Can I build the house myself (self-build)?

Yes! All our houses are carefully designed so that the assembly is as simple as possible.

Can I place the house anywhere?

The plot must be designated for residential use. This needs to be checked in advance.

I don’t want to deal with permits and construction. Can you handle everything for me?
